3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Policy

• Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if a written cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the start of the session.
• Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be given if a written cancellation request is received between 7 and 13 days before the session starts.
• No Refund: No refund will be provided if a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the session starts or once the session has begun.

3.2 Medical Refunds

• Illness or Injury: If a child is unable to participate due to illness or injury, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of classes missed. A doctor's note is required for medical refunds.
• Long-term Medical Issues: If a child develops a long-term medical issue that prevents participation for the remainder of the session, a prorated refund will be issued from the date the academy is notified.

3.3 Program Cancellation

• Academy Cancellation: If the academy cancels a session due to insufficient enrollment or any other reason, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: If classes are canceled due to weather conditions, the academy will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a prorated refund will be provided for the canceled classes.

3.4 Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration Fee: Any registration fees paid are non-refundable and are required to cover administrative costs.
• Uniform Fees: Fees for uniforms are non-refundable once uniforms have been distributed.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in activities offered by Sprouts Soccer Academy LLC, I represent that I, the minor's parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of the Activity and that my child is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity.

I fully understand that the Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death, which may be caused by my child's actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the "releasees" named below.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sprouts Soccer Academy LLC, their respective administrators, members, managers, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, independent contractors, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and the owners and lessors of the premises on which the Activity takes place, from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account or my child's account.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear.
• Bring water and any necessary personal items.
• Follow all instructions from coaches and staff.
• Maintain a positive attitude and sportsmanship.
• Parents/Guardians must refrain from coaching from the sidelines.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Photo and Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Sprouts Soccer Academy LLC permission to use photographs and/or video footage of participants for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. This permission extends indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at info@sproutssoccer.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
